Our Story

Tennis has a way of giving you more than you came for. A city's worth of friendships. A reason to know a neighborhood you'd never have found otherwise. People you wouldn't have met anywhere else.

New York has more courts and more players than almost anywhere, and most of it's over the moment the match ends.

Courtado isn't trying to fix your calendar. It's a curated network, built to turn a shared court into a real relationship. Find people you actually want to play with again, not just whoever's free. See who's on the court before you show up. And after the match, there's more: a coffee shop, a gallery, a bar actually worth the walk, chosen for where you just played.

Courtado is invite-only. Members vouch for who joins next.

You're already in one of the most interesting cities in the world. The court shouldn't be where the day is over.

The Founder

Jon White has played tennis since the age of three, competing through college, teaching at clubs and resorts across the Mid-Atlantic for eight years, and working as a hitting partner for a professional player on the ATP Challenger Tour. He built Courtado after moving to New York and realizing the hardest part of tennis in a city full of players wasn't the game. It was finding the right people to play it with.
